Strawberry-Citrus Vinaigrette

Mix the juice from ¼ of each:

Lemon

Lime

Orange

Add ¼ cup finely diced strawberries, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, ½ cup olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper

Mix well being sure to release the strawberry juices
