Strawberry and Spinach Salad
¼ lb Fresh Spinach
2 bulbs of Spring Onions
¼ cup of Olive Oil
¼ cup of Balsamic Vinegar
½ pint of Fresh Strawberries
¼ toasted and chopped pecans
Chop up the spinach, wash, and spin it dry. Marinate sliced onions in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Dice strawberries and add to the onions
Toss all of this together and
top with toasted pecans
